ELABORATION
After a night harvest and a short maceration of 4 hours, the grapes are gently pressed.
Fermentation is carried out in temperature-controlled tanks at 15°C.
A 6-month aging process on lees precedes bottling, which takes place at the Château with light filtration.
Unoaked wine in order to preserve the fruit and freshness of this vintage.
TASTING
Intense, with notes of blackcurrant and grapefruit, a lovely freshness that will perfectly complement fish and seafood.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 13–15 ° .
POTENTIAL
The cork closure and the quality of the terroir give this wine an aging potential of 3 to 5 years.
