ELABORATION
After a night harvest and a short maceration of 4 hours, the grapes are gently pressed.
Fermentation is carried out in temperature-controlled tanks at 15°C.
A 6-month aging process on lees precedes bottling, which takes place at the Château with light filtration.
Unoaked wine in order to preserve the fruit and freshness of this vintage.
TASTING
Beautiful pale color with green highlights, the nose expresses a pronounced fruitiness with notes of citrus and apricots. Floral and licorice sensations appear a few minutes after opening, while the terroir contributes notes of candied apricots and minerality.
The palate presents a beautiful balance between roundness and freshness, making it very pleasant to taste.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 13–15 ° .
POTENTIAL
The cork closure and the quality of the terroir give this wine an aging potential of 3 to 5 years.
