ELABORATION

After a night harvest, the grapes are gently pressed without maceration in order to preserve the subtlety of the Grenache.

Fermentation is carried out in temperature-controlled tanks at 15°C.

After aging on lees for 6 months and light filtration, the wine is bottled with nitrogen inerting.

TASTING

The dress is pale pink.

The nose is very subtle, with notes of small red fruits, melon and a hint of minerality.

The palate is long and fresh, thirst-quenching with a lovely creaminess linked to aging on lees.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12–14 ° .

POTENTIAL

Best enjoyed in its youth, during the first three years as it has very little sulfite.
